I had no idea this stuff even existed 15 minutes from my house. So, so pretty...here are some pictures from our little outing to what most people call Turkey Lake Park.
Ok, so I remember telling someone recently that I don't own any hoodies, but after seeing Tiff's hoodie confession, I remembered....I do have a couple. Not sure if they would still fit this post-baby body I'm sporting now, but I will give it a shot soon. Cool weather is not far off. I can tell, it's coming and I have hot chocolate waiting.......
I give the you BEST pumpkin bread recipe I have ever found.......YUM......try it out as soon as humanly possible! PS--if you also LOVE chocolate as much as I do, do yourself a favor and add some miniature dark chocolate chips! You will not regret it!

4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
3 cups white sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 7x3 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared pans.
Bake for about 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
